October 4 (Thursday) 7:30 am. Leave Watertown-Stateway Plaza 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Travel time-two rest stops (N.Y. and PA.) Everyone is responsible for their own lunch (bag lunch or purchase a “takeout” at PA. rest stop. Donuts and cider will be provided for our 9 am stop. 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Check into Bird-In-Hand Family Inn Indoor pool/spa and hospitality room for our group Relax and visit Farmers’ Market next door. 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Dinner smorgasbord at Bird-In-Hand Restaurant 6:15 p.m. Board bus for Sight and Sound Theater 7:00 p.m.-9:15 p.m. “Jesus” (Front row/balcony seats) 9:30 p.m. Back to the Inn. Enjoy the amenities.
October 5 (Friday) 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. Breakfast smorgasbord at Bird-in-Hand Restaurant 8:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Check out/board bus for departure 9:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Shop at Kitchen Kettle Village Pick up your own lunch while there. 12:15 p.m. Board bus for return to Bird-in-Hand Stage 1:00 p.m.-3:45 p.m. “Home Game,” A Son’s Journey, A Father’s Hope; uplifting, live entertainment downstairs below Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Travel time to Lenox, PA 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Supper at Bingham’s (included) 8:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Travel time to Watertown (rest stop at Preble.Rt. 81)

“Pioneer Day’s" in Adams
Thursday, May 17, 2018 8:30 am-1:00 pm
Experience Family Life in the 19th Century in Adams. Visit the South Jefferson Historical Society during “Pioneer Day’s,” choose to observe and learn about, among nine activities: Candle Making, Soap Making, Woodworking, One-Room School, Cooking, Spinning and Weaving, tours of each of the three floors of the Museum (Ripley House). Each activity is presented for 25 minutes, so between 9:00-11:00 a.m. you can choose four or see parts of more than four. Lunch from 11:0012:30 p.m. at The Depot in Adams Center or Gram’s in Adams.
Reservation by Sunday, May 13. Free Admission. The cost includes: Transportation, $2.00, plus lunch.
Office of the Aging Seniors Picnic at Westcott Beach State Park Wednesday, July 18, 2018 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Cost, $5.00 and transportation is on your own. You must make own reservations with the Office of the Aging; and, also reserve with Max by Sunday, July 15, so table space can be reserved.

Outing to Henderson, NY
Wednesday, November 14, 2018 11:00 am-2:30 pm
Lunch at The Cherry Tree Inn, Henderson, followed by a Historical Driving Tour of the east side of the Town of Henderson including Butterville, Smithville, Bishop Street and Henderson.
Reservations by Sunday, November 11, with Max. Transportation, $3.00, plus lunch.
In lieu of our annual outing to the Tug Hill Vineyards, it has been suggested that we try an evening restaurant gathering at the River Rat Café, operated by Joyce Tucker’s family, in June or August. Your thoughts and suggestions for a date would be appreciated.
